Sausage and pig-killing belong to the winter in the countryside.

Earlier pig-killing was held from András name day to February so in winter we await smaller or larger groups for an amusement in the village.

 

Good morning everybody with fruity brandy!

The day will be begun with fruity brandy, then at ten o’clock fresh, roasted crackling and bread made in Kerekegyháza will be offered to the guests.

After this the works will be continued, traditionally singeing, and taking the pig into pieces.

 

During the feast at pig-killing mulled wine seasoned with honey and a little clove and fried dough will be offered.

 

 

The lunch will be begun with spare-rib soup, then a plate containing white and black pudding, roasted sausage, roast, onion potato, steamed cabbage, mixed pickles and sliced green paprika, delicacy cucumber.

 

During the meal guests are offered Kékfrankos, Cserszegi fűszeres wines from Varga wine-cellars, respectively mineral water.

 

We also offer you doughnut with jam for dessert.

During the meal guests are entertained by Gypsy music.

 

 

In the pig-killing program horse drive, horse show, horse sledging may be ensured on demand for the groups in case of earlier agreed dates.
